The APS (2.4L), ACK (2.8L), and AAH (2.8L) engine codes belong to a family of naturally aspirated V6 petrol engines used in various Audi A4 and A6 models during the 1990s and early 2000s. Since these are older engines, finding a used replacement is the most common option.

Engine code specifications

APS (2.4L V6): Used in the Audi A6 (C5 chassis) from approximately 1998 onwards.
